I got on the scale today and it showed a gain of 1.5 lbs.
Cool. 1.5 lbs of muscle mass gained.
This can’t have anything to do with the Hot & Sour Soup, Egg Rolls and Pepper Steak Rice Bowl I had for lunch yesterday.
Just 1.5 lbs of muscle mass gained from all the exercise. It can’t be anything else.
I can feel some muscle growing now – right between my ears.
